Penelope Medellin ’27, who started this semester at Texas A&M University, has constantly loved science, but specifically foodstuff science. That is why she has made the decision to go after a bachelor’s diploma from the Division of Foodstuff Science and Technological innovation in the Texas A&M School of Agriculture and Everyday living Sciences.

“My moms and dads have always been supportive of larger schooling,” Medellin said. “They didn’t go on their instruction after large school, but they often inspired me and my sisters to pursue our increased education so that we could have a lot more options.”
